The BYKOTA (Be Ye Kind, One to Another) class will start on Sunday, September 7, at 9:15am, in Room 109. All adults are invited to attend as we begin our video study of “The Journey: Walking the Road to Bethlehem” By Adam Hamilton. We will accompany Rev. Hamilton as “he travels from Nazareth to Bethlehem in this fascinating look at the birth of Jesus. Using historical information, archaeological findings, and personal reflections, Hamilton illuminates this most amazing moment in history. We follow in the footsteps of Mary, Joseph, the shepherds, and others, gaining insight into our own journeys with Christ.”

Kidz on a Mission: 7th – 12th grade

The class will continue with the emphasis being the mission work of the church. This year, the class will be looking at some other religions as a matter of comparing them to Christianity and Methodism. In addition, the class will be dovetailing with the younger classes to look at Advent, as well as other topics. As in other years, we will work within our church and our community as well as travel down state to fulfill the mission aspect of the class.
