The Adults classes currently are:

SUNDAY SCHOOL RESUMES

The BYKOTA (Be Ye Kind, One to Another) class will start on Sunday, September 7, at 9:15am, in Room 109. This class will be offering a DVD series entitled, “That the World May Know: Israel’s Mission” by Ray VanderLann. He discusses the historical, geographical and cultural context of scripture using Biblical sites in Israel and Jordan. This series of lessons will show how God gave the assignment to His people thousands of years ago, to bring “lost sheep” back into the love and safety of His kingdom. This continues to be our assignment today and discover the mission that can give you life, and those lives around you, greater meaning than you ever imagined.

 

BACON (Beginning a New Chapter of Nurturing) : Join Cathy Elsesser in a parents’ discussion class at 9:15am in room 110. Parents of all ages are encouraged to join in this class. This class is offering a DVD series entitled, “Hollywood Jesus,” a study of how modern films use character’s beliefs in Jesus. Everyone is encouraged to bring a friend! Contact Cathy Elsesser, 731-9689 for more info. This class begins September 20th at 9:15am in the craft room. They meet every 1st, 3rd, and 5th Sundays.

 

 

The Youth and Children Classes are:

Building Blocks: Pre – K through 2nd grade

TBuilding-Block-Logohis class will teach our children more about JESUS, the BIBLE and how to be DISCIPLES. Classes are held every Sunday starting at 10:45 am

Joyful Journey: 3rd grade – 6th grade

This class will teach our children more about JESUS, the BIBLE and how to be DISCIPLES. Classes are held every Sunday starting at 10:45 am.

Kidz on a Mission: 7th – 12th grade

The class will continue with the emphasis being the mission work of the church. The curriculum this year will include a more in depth of Jesus and his disciples.  As in other years, we will work within our church and our community as well as travel down state to fulfill the mission aspect of the class.
